Meet Our Staff
Dr. Nic: graduated from The University of Wisconsin La Crosse with majors in biology & chemistry before attending chiropractic school in St. Louis. Dr. Nic married Ellie after they graduated from UW-L in 2003, and then they both moved to Chesterfield, MO where Dr. Nic attended Logan College of Chiropractic. After graduating from Logan, Dr. Nic & Ellie moved back to Plymouth, where they were both born & raised. Dr. Nic worked for a Chiropractor in Plymouth for two years, while Ellie worked at Johnsonville Sausage. Then, in 2009, Dr. Nic purchased Schleicher Chiropractic...and the rest is history! Dr. Nic loves the field of Chiropractic and enjoys working with patients on whole-body natural health. He is an avid trail-runner and enjoys any other activities that involve getting OUTSIDE.
Ellie, Office Manager: graduated from The University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a major in History. She then married her high school sweetheart, Dr. Nic, and moved to St. Louis, MO. There, Ellie worked for the St. Louis Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired as a Marketing & Development Assistant. She loved her time in St. Louis, especially working with visually impaired clients and planning Society events. After Dr. Nic graduated from Chiropractic school, they moved to Plymouth WI, where Ellie worked as the Global Headquarters Safety Leader at Johnsonville Sausage. She loved working for a local company, and learned a lot about safety and sausage ;) Then, in 2009, she began working with Dr. Nic at Giebler Chiropractic as his Office Manager. Ellie & Dr. Nic live in Kiel with their son Edwin, and love the small and close knit community.
Kim, Front Desk Manager: grew up in Plymouth, where she attended Plymouth High School. Kim moved to Kiel after marrying Bob, where they had five amazing and talented children--four girls and one boy. When she's not working with patients at Giebler Chiropractic, Kim enjoys home-schooling her children, helping out with First Baptist Church, and taking her dog Snickers for long walks. Kim enjoys interacting with the many different types of patients and sharing her wealth of health & chiropractic knowledge. She started working for Schleicher Chiropractic in August of 2008 and was more than happy to stay on when Dr. Nic purchased the business in 2009.
Jo, Chiropractic Technician/Front Desk, graduated from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa (a very long time ago) and is married to Pastor Steve Schultz, First Baptist Church of Kiel. They moved to Kiel in 1983, have three married children and nine grandchildren. Jo stays busy with lots of church related ministry and for "fun" Steve and Jo are part way through an adventure of "un-building" ad then rebuilding an old house in the country. Jo loves being a part of Dr. Nic's team, interacting with patients and helping them improve their health.
Kathy, Insurance Billing: graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a major in Business Administration. She moved to Waldo, Wisconsin, in 1999 with her husband Rob and two boys, Tyler and Jake. Kathy spends a good amount of time running the boys to various sporting events within the Plymouth School District and volunteers when she can. In her free time, she likes to run, play basketball and shop (not necessarily in that order)! After working at a chiropractic office in Plymouth for 4 years, Kathy joined the Giebler “team” in March, 2010 to help with insurance billing.
